THE CLIENT

Liquid Mobile IV is a US mobile healthcare provider offering IV therapy, aesthetic treatments, hormone therapy, medical weight loss, lab testing, and telehealth services across Kansas City, Phoenix, Dallas, and Austin. As a provider operating across multiple cities with clinical, administrative, and pharmacy functions running simultaneously, the operational infrastructure underpinning patient scheduling, record management, and inventory is not a back-office concern. It is the mechanism through which care is delivered, and its reliability directly affects patient experience and clinical safety.

THE CHALLENGE

As Liquid Mobile IV expanded across multiple cities, the systems supporting its operations had not scaled with it. Medical records, practice administration, and scheduling were managed through separate, disconnected tools. The result was a set of compounding operational failures: double bookings and logistical delays frustrated patients and staff, financial processes were cumbersome, inventory management was unreliable and there was no real-time data visibility across the organization.

The clinical and administrative staff were absorbing the overhead of fragmented systems rather than focusing on patient care, and the lack of a unified data layer meant leadership was making decisions without reliable operational intelligence.

WHAT WE BUILT

Primero Group designed and built a comprehensive electronic practice management platform that unified all of Liquid Mobile IV's operational systems into a single environment. Appointment management, medical records, pharmacy inventory, and payments were integrated into one platform with a user interface designed for accessibility across all staff roles without extensive training overhead.

Advanced inventory management addressed the pharmacy stockout and overstocking problem through real-time tracking and data-driven ordering logic. An integrated payment gateway replaced the fragmented billing process with a single, streamlined financial workflow.

Microsoft Power BI was integrated to surface real-time operational analytics, giving leadership the visibility they needed to make data-driven decisions across all four locations. Stripe handled payment processing; Zoom and Twilio managed communications; Microsoft Power Automate handled workflow automation; and Microsoft Power BI delivered the analytics layer.

WHAT THIS SHOWS

Building a unified practice management platform for a multi-city mobile healthcare provider requires understanding both the clinical workflow and the administrative infrastructure that supports it — and designing a system that serves both without compromising either. The 30% efficiency gain reflects the degree to which the previous fragmentation was absorbing operational capacity. This engagement also demonstrates our approach to healthcare technology: building systems that organisations can grow into, rather than systems that require replacement as scale increases.
